Genaro Vásquez (born April 17, 1964) is a Mexican voice actor and broadcaster, originally from Oaxaca, Oaxaca. He is known as the voice of Spike Spigel in the Cowboy Bebop anime, as the voice of Android 17 and the Supreme Kaiosama in Dragon Ball Z, the first voice of Darien Chiba / Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon, as Rafiki in the El franchise. The Lion King, as “Screech” Powers in Saved by the Bell and The High School Years and as Earl and Daddy in the animated series The Cow and the Chicken, among many other roles. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UNAM and graduated in Dramatic Literature and Theater. He currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where he continues to work in voice over, theater, dance and dubbing for Mexico and other countries, from a small studio from there. He is the institutional voice of brands in Latin America in English and Spanish
