FRIDAY, July 9 : 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
SATURDAY, July 10: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
SUNDAY, July 11: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Dealers may setup between 12PM-10PM on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Please schedule an appointment to unload with our Exhibitor Hall Coordinator.
Booth registrations will be a first come first serve basis; Full payment is required upon contract.

Our new Elite areas at the front of the Exhibit Hall will be treated similar to Industry. We will be sending a decorator package to help build a booth that stands out and looks professional. Later talks of layout and cost will be discussed via email for those wishing to be in that area and wanting to use our services for the layout.
Elite Contracts may be picked up at Exhibitor Check-in in the back of Hall D.
Elite A is a 20’ x 30’ Island in the TEAL COLOR. Purchase of this area include pipe and drape, 10 tables, 12 badges, and a decorator packet. This cannot be split up or shared. It must remain a 20’ x 30’ island and only used by one company.
Elite B is a 20’ x 20’ Island in the BLUE COLOR. Purchase of this area include pipe and drape, 8 tables, 8 badges, and a decorator packet. This cannot be split up or shared. It must remain a 20’ x 20’ island and only used by one company.

Exhibit Booths consist of a 10′ x 10′ area, an 8′ x 30” table (2 for End Caps), 2 chairs, tablecloth/skirting and (2) Exhibitor badges per booth.
